Learning is different when you have ADHD. Whether you're entering your first year of university or a tenured professor trying to learn a new programming language, hyperactive and/or inattentive brains can present challenges. Any content that could potentially help ADHD folks when we're trying to learn something is here. This includes studying for exams but also doing research (isn't research learning?).
Scroll further for links to advice and experiences from elsewhere on the web. Please suggest any content you feel may help folks! I try and update this page as often as I can but I miss plenty of great content.
Scroll even further for cheat sheets and checklists for ADHD folks. Please feel free to save a copy and use! My only issue with folks taking any of my content is when they use it without credit and/or for monetary gain.
